Leading Multiscreen Advertising Company Brings in Industry Veteran to Head Global Sales, Marketing and Research

NEW YORK, June 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Collective, a programmatic, multiscreen advertising company connecting brand marketers to consumer audiences, announced today that Jill Botway has joined the company as President and Chief Revenue Officer. Ms. Botway will oversee Collective's global Sales, Marketing and Research teams.

Ms. Botway has over 20 years of advertising leadership and industry experience having held positions at OmnicomMediaGroup, OMD and Initiative Media. She comes to Collective from Specific Media where she was Executive Vice President responsible for leading the Global Sales and Marketing teams in the US and Europe.

Prior to Specific Media, she was President of US Strategic Business Units at OmnicomMediaGroup (OMG) where she managed six OMG companies. During her tenure with OMG, Ms. Botway helped build OMD into an award-winning agency, garnering recognition as media agency of the year and achieving a #1 worldwide ranking by RECMA. She began her media career with The Botway Group, the largest independent national TV buyer in the country, which was later acquired by IPG. She previously practiced corporate and advertising law as a partner in a Park Avenue law firm. Ms. Botway also serves on the board of Value Vision Media a multichannel retailer.
