In the third Weekly Golf Tips with Golf USA Phil Christopher, owner of Golf USA helps us shave a few strokes all from the green.
"Half of your strokes when you play a round of golf are on the putting green," he said. "If you can knock that down from 36 putts, which is two a hole, to around 32, 30, 28, you've save strokes real fast."
Christopher recommends using the lines stamped on balls to align putts. Buy using the line to set the ball path, golfers simply need to square up to the ball and worry about putt speed.
Christopher also goes over the benefits of lining up directly over the ball, and discusses how bigger grips ensure a smoother swing.
