New area keeps kids entertained at Greenbrier Classic

WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, WV - The Greenbrier Classic is working to appeal to the younger crowd this week.

Just behind the 17th fairway, a kids zone is open for young kids.

It's sponsored by the new HOOPS unit at Cabell Huntington Hospital.

A miniature putt putt course is set up, as well as several bounce houses.

Workers at the kids zone said it's all about keeping the entire family entertained during the tournament.

"Well we found out that people want to entertain their children," Debbie Parker, owner of Deb's Inflatables said. "We needed something. We figured what better thing than inflatables, because the kids love it!"

This is the first year the classic has had an area designed specifically for the younger crowd.

The bounce house is open each day this week for the kids.
