Detectives asking for public's help finding suspected sexual offender

HUNTINGTON, WV -

In Cabell County, West Virginia detectives need your help to track down a fugitive sexual predator.

Cabell County Sheriff's Department Detective Bill Templeton says fugitive Patrisha Cullum is wanted for 3rd degree sexual assaults.

Templeton says she was involved with at least two 14 and 15-year-old boys.

Templeton adds, "There were no money or drugs exchanged, she would just lure them in and have sex."

Detective Templeton says Cullum, now 30, had sex at the Ona Old Barnyard mobile home park this past May with a 15-year-old boy.

In 2010, at Huntington's Marcum Terrace, Templeton says she lured a 14-year-old boy into a full summer of sex.

The detective feels there are probably more victims out there that haven't come forward at this time, and he hopes they might.

Neighbors say they fear for their young boys safety.

The detective says Cullum was last seen at her home on May 11.

Cullum's husband would not go on camera, but told us his soon to be ex-wife has four young children, has custody of none of them, is desperately hooked on heroin, weighs about 85 pounds, and needs to get off the street and get help.

Templeton says both boys were reluctant to talk, since there's a double standard stigma when it's a woman abusing a 14-year-old boy.

The detective believes Cullum is still in the area and he asks for your help in finding this suspected sexual predator.

Detectives say the U.S. Marshals are spear-heading the hunt for Patrisha Cullum.

Anyone with information about Patrisha Cullum can call their local 911 dispatcher.
