Arraignments were held Tuesday in Randolph County. 

Daniel Davis pleaded not guilty to sexual assault. State Police said Davis had sex with a 14-year-old girl multiple times, and he admitted knowing she was 14. The girl also told police about the encounters. A judge set Davis' trial for Oct 31.

Eric Corder, 30, pleaded not guilty to first degree sexual assault. Corder is accused of raping an 11-year-old girl last August.

Corder's trial is set for Oct. 30.

Samuel Leach, 58, pleaded not guilty to distributing material depicting minors engaged in sexual activity. State Police said Leach used a Workforce West Virginia computer to download and view child pornography.

Leach will stand trial on Nov. 18th.
