CHARLESTON, WV - UPDATE: July 17, 2014 12:08 p.m.

Branda Mae Basham, who was found dead of gun shot wounds on July 12, will be buried in Princeton, West Virginia on Thursday, July 17.  According to the obituary from Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home, the family will receive friends starting at 1 p.m.  Funeral Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. at the Rowland H. Bailey Funeral Chapel.  Basham will be buried at Vaught Cemetery in Beeson.

An arrest warrant has been issued by the Charleston Police Department for Marlon "Ice" Dixon.  Dixon is a suspect in Basham's murder.

 UPDATE: July 13, 2014 6:12 p.m.

Charleston Police are looking to speak with Marlon "ICE" Dixon 37 after they found the body of Branda Mae Basham. Basham was found dead on Charleston's west side, Saturday, July 12. 

According to Charleston Police Basham suffered gun shot wounds. 

Dixon has outstanding warrants for distribution of heroin according to a news release issued by the Charleston Police.

UPDATE: July 12, 2014 2:00 p.m. 

Police have identified the body found on the Charleston's West Side as 22-year-old Branda Mae Basham. 

Basham was found dead by a gunshot wound.

No suspects or persons of interest have been determined at this time. 

More updates will come as soon as we have more information.

The Charleston Police Department is investigating a body found near the railroad tracks on Breece Street and Madison Avenue on the city's West Side.

The body has been identified as a white female.

A representative from Norfolk Southern was on scene as train traffic had been suspended through that area.
