The annual fall conference has been redesigned to accommodate higher level learning and in-depth coverage of topics affecting the business of radiology today.
Fairfax, VA (PRWEB) July 15, 2014
The Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA) is proud to highlight recent enhancements to its annual fall meeting. This years Fall Educational Conference will begin on Sunday, Oct. 19, at the Westin in Seattle, Wash., and will conclude on Tuesday, Oct. 21.
In addition to one-hour concurrent sessions, a selection of compacted two-hour deep-dive sessions will be available for intense learning on topics such as practice-hospital integration models, success as a new leader, and marketing best practices among others.
The exhibit hall will include over sixty industry vendors gathered under one roof. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit with exhibitors during extended hours in the exhibit hall between morning and afternoon sessions. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to highlight current industry trends and the tools available to create success in a radiology practice in the new Product Showcase Theater.
Education remains one of our greatest strengths and our strategic direction continues to support that. Education has been a fundamental building block for RBMA since its inception, and we are committed to it, says Kimberly Mydland, RBMA Director of Meetings and Education. The changes to the Fall Educational Conference were cultivated from our members needs and requests. RBMA is a member-driven organization and we work hard to listen to our members to make sure we are delivering the quality of education that members have expected of us.
The Radiology Business Management Association is a national not-for-profit association providing members with applied business information and intelligence applicable in any radiology setting. The RBMA has approximately 2,300 members involved in various management capacities in private practices, academic radiology groups, imaging centers and hospitals. The RBMA continues to be recognized as the leader for radiology-specific educational programs, products and services, publications and data.
