The trial for a Fairmont man charged in a Harrison County, WV quadruple homicide has been postponed.

Harrison County Circuit Judge Thomas A. Bedell ruled on the motion Wednesday morning. Lawyers for defendant Sidney Arthur Muller and Harrison County Chief Assistant Prosecutor Susan Morris requested the trial be rescheduled citing the pending test results of forensic evidence in the case.

Muller is charged with the July 2013 shooting deaths of Todd Amos, 29, and Christopher Hart, 27, on Locust Avenue in Clarksburg. Two innocent bystanders, Fred and Freddy Swiger, also were killed in the shooting.

Muller's trial is expected to last for two weeks and is set to begin on November 10 and continue the week of November 17.
