    The militant group ISIS has beheaded four Western hostages, two from the United States and two from Britain. Monday night, WVU's Muslim Association held a vigil for one of the murdered American journalist.

The Elkins Police Department has issued a silver alert for a missing Randolph County teen.

According to police, Joshua Wayne Leary, 15, was last seen on West Main Street in Elkins wearing a blue hoodie, black jeans, gray and orange shoes and carrying a gray backpack. 

Leary is described as 5'6'' tall, about 118 pounds, blonde hair and hazel eyes. 

Elkins police believe Leary may be traveling on foot.
