An arcade employee was arrested Thursday after Bridgeport Police said they found him working under the influence and in possession of prescription pills.
Michael Wyke, 27, of Bridgeport, was reported by Meadowbrook Mall security for being under the influence of something while working at the Tilt arcade.
When police arrived at the arcade, they saw multiple people waiting at the counter for an employee. Police then went to the office and found Wyke “staggering around with slow, slurred speech talking with a fellow employee.”
After patting Wyke down, police found a bag of 27 Xanax pills.
Wyke is charged with possession with intent to deliver. He is currently in the North Central Regional Jail.
