Clarksburg Man Charged in Death of Missing Ohio Woman Appears in Court

A man charged in the death of an Ohio woman in Clarksburg appeared in Harrison County Court Friday.

Daniel Amsler has been accused in the death of
Keyairy Wilson.

Amsler’s attorney argued that Amsler has ties to the community with no significant criminal history and he should be granted bond.

Prosecutors said the nature of the crime does not warrant bond.

A judge decided to further review the case before making a ruling.

Amsler, Elizabeth Jenkins, and Warren Hall have each been charged with murder and conspiracy in the case.

Prosecutors said Wilson was killed during a robbery incident.
