Two men were arrested at the Econo Lodge in Westover Monday in relation to drug activity.

Levon Albaran-Walker, 26, of Detroit, was stopped by Westover Police after they observed a suspected drug deal outside the hotel, according to police. Upon searching Albaran-Walker, officers found a large wad of cash, asked why he had it and asked to see his ID. Albaran-Walker told police his ID was in his hotel room. When they got to the room, Albaran-Walker voluntarily gave officers his room key and gave permission for officers to enter the room first due to officer safety, according to police.

Once officers entered the room, they found a large amount of cash, 99 Xanax pills and 210 Morphine pills in plain view, said authorities. Albaran-Walker admitted the money and drugs were his, that he had just arrived in town from Detroit and is a drug dealer.

Albaran-Walker is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and is being held in the North Central Regional Jail.

Brian Judy, 20, of Morgantown, is charged with conspiracy to commit a felony after it was found that the room Albaran-Walker was selling drugs out of at the Econo Lodge was in Judy’s name. According to police and a statement made by Albaran-Walker, Judy is a drug addict and was paid with drugs to put the room in his name. During the investigation, Judy returned to the Econo Lodge and was arrested.

Judy is also being held in the North Central Regional Jail. Both men are being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.
