A Fairmont man pleaded guilty to four felony counts of sex charges in Marion County court Friday.
James Milford, 48, was originally charged with 43 felony counts involving sexual abuse and other sex crimes. He pleaded guilty on four of those charges Friday, which were sexual abuse by a parent or guardian, second degree sexual assault, use of minors in filming sexually explicit conduct, and use of obscene matter with intent to seduce a minor.
Milford faces 20 to 60 years in prison.
Milford is accused of having “a party house” from January 2009 to March 2014, where he supplied minors with alcohol, drugs and pornography. The children would occasionally pass out, according to court officials, and he would film them performing sexually explicit conduct.
A pre-sentencing investigation will be conducted before Milford is officially sentenced. The investigation could take approximately six weeks, according to court officials.
Milford is also required to register as a sex offender for life, submit to mandatory HIV testing and has been declared as an abusive parent, which means all parental rights are terminated.
