Morgantown Police say a man involved in a deadly Morgantown home invasion has been charged with murder.
Police said Jeremiah Martin, 32, of Morgantown, went into a home on Montrose Avenue on March 31 and fatally shot Jesse Loya.
On April 2, Martin was arrested and charged with armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery. After further investigation, Martin was charged with first-degree murder on Saturday, April 9.
Benjamin Bradley, 32, of Westover, was also arrested in relation to the incident on Friday, April 8. Bradley is charged with armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery, police said.
Martin is currently in the North Central Regional Jail with no bond set.
