Some area car dealerships are expecting that the storm will actually bring them an upturn.
H&M Motors in Weston has been seeing plenty of customers in its shop to repair storm-related damage.
President Larry Haddix said many people are looking to upgrade to a car that will handle the snowy weather better.
“We’ve already had some phone calls this morning, saying hey, what have you got in a certain price range that’s an all-wheel drive or a four-wheel drive. We’re looking forward to people also coming and looking at the new four-wheel drives,” said Haddix.
He expects the dealership should be back up to speed by the end of Monday night.
