A new coffee shop has opened in downtown Clarksburg.
Stonewall Coffee is family-run business operated by Kevin and Sarah Zakariasen, along with their seven children.
Stonewall’s main focus is their espresso-based coffees, such as their signature ‘Stonewall Mocha,’ which can be served hot, frozen, or over ice.
The coffee shop menu is not limited solely to coffee. Stonewall will also offer teas, fruit-based smoothies, and hot cocoa.
“The first day we opened up, we had more than 130 people come through the doors,” Kevin Zakariasen said. “We had a line all the way out the door. It’s been really exciting and neat to see the community come out and say, ‘Hey, this is exactly what we needed here in Clarksburg,’ and that has been so encouraging.”
Stonewall Coffee is located on Court Street beside the Harrison County Courthouse. The shop’s grand opening is December 6 and will feature $1 coffees all day.
