UPDATE (8/25/16 at 3:45 p.m.):

Jordan Bogle, 19, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance on Alderson Broaddus University’s campus Thursday morning.

Bogle allegedly had marijuana, Xanax bars, ecstasy pills, molly, and cocaine in his Priestly Hall dorm room, according to the Barbour County Sheriff’s Department. He admitted to deputies that he sold Xanax bars to his friends earlier in the evening.

Deputies also found digital scales and a large sum of money in his room.

According to court documents, deputies responded to ABU to assist police with a possible overdose after a female took a Xanax bar.

According to school officials, Bogle is now suspended from the University.

Police and EMS responded to Alderson Broaddus University early Thursday morning for multiple overdoses.

A 19-year-old male student was arrested for possession of controlled substances with intent to deliver, according to the Philippi Police Department. The officers found marijuana, ecstasy, methamphetamine, molly, and cocaine.

The arrest came from a joint investigation between the Philippi Police Department, the Belington Police Department, and the Barbour County Sheriff’s Department.

Barbour County EMS and Belington EMS also responded to the scene.
