West Virginia Wesleyan’s School of Nursing hosted its inter professional educational day on Friday.

About 34 nursing students worked in the Naylor Nursing Simulation Lab doing simulations, discussing ethics in the field, and working with students from the Osteopathic School from Lewisburg.

“We want them to experience what its like to work together before they move out into the workforce. They’re prepared. To communicate well with each other. To offer assistance to each other as a team,”: said Susan Leight, nursing school director.

Wesleyan’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program is fully accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing.
