Alex has been part of the WBOY news staff since 2010, first as a videojournalist, then reporter and now weekend and fill-in anchor. He moved to Clarksburg from his home in Western Pennsylvania after working for the PBS NewsHour on their coverage of the Republican National Convention in St. Paul, and interning with WOOD in Grand Rapids and WKBN in Youngstown, Ohio.
Alex serves as a regional officer for an international reenactment group and enjoys spending time in the mountains whenever possible. He’s always looking for stories in the Central West Virginia area, and looks forward to meeting people and hearing about possible stories across the region!
