1 person transported to hospital following auto-pedestrian accident in Harrison County

HARRISON COUNTY, W.Va. – One person was transported to United Hospital Center via Harrison County EMS after an auto-pedestrian accident in Harrison County. 

According 911 officials, the accident happened at 10:15 on Francis Mine Road. 

There is no word on the extent of the injuries at this time.

Fire departments from Shinnston and Worthington responded to the incident, alongside Harrison County EMS and the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department.

The Harrison County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the accident.
