UPDATE: Boil water advisory lifted for areas of Randolph County

HELVETIA, W.Va. – The boil water advisory for the areas of Randolph County that was issued Monday afternoon has been lifted.

The Adrian PSD issued an update on Monday evening saying the advisory was no longer in effect.

ORIGINAL (5/25/20 4:20 p.m.)

HELVETIA, W.Va. – A boil water advisory was issued for some areas of Randolph County on Monday afternoon.

The Adrian PSD announced a boil water advisory is in effect for customers on Hinkle Ridge Road, French Reeder Road, in the Alexander area to Helvetia due to a water main break.

All customers in these areas are being advised to boil water prior to use until the advisory is lifted.
