UPDATE: Boil Water Advisory lifted for areas of Harrisville

UPDATE (9/20/2018):

The boil water advisory for multiple areas of Harrisville in Ritchie County has been lifted. 

Residents along Pullman Road to the town of Pullman, and Chevaux-De-Frise Road to Hardbarger Run Road are no longer advised to boil water before use.


ORIGINAL (9/13/2018):

A boil water advisory has been issued for multiple areas of Harrisville in Ritchie County.

The boil water advisory is in effect for residents along Pullman Road to the town of Pullman, and Chevaux-De-Frise Road to Hardbarger Run Road. Residents with lost water pressure are also affected by this advisory.

Residents in the affected areas are advised to boil water until further notice.

The purpose for this advisory is a main water line break in the area. According to the town of Harrisville, crews are on site and the issue is expected to be resolved within 6 days.
