Frontier Communications reports that all 911 call operations are now normal, according to Doddridge Ritchie Central Communications.
A network-wide issue with the 911 system is affecting some 911 calls in Doddridge and Ritchie Counties, according to Doddridge Ritchie Central Communications.
911 officials said that some 911 calls will go through, others will connect but have no audio in either direction and other others will not connect at all. There is currently no timeline for repairs, but Frontier Telephone has been notified, according to 911 officials.
911 officials said that the pervious issue with Armstrong Telephone landline numbers in Doddridge and Ritchie Counties had been repaired and restored to normal 911 operations until the new issue arose.
