UPDATE: Preston County Sheriff’s Office searching for missing man after his truck was found on fire

KINGWOOD, W.Va. – The Preston County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help in finding a missing man after the cab of his truck was found on fire Wednesday morning.

Sheriff’s deputies are searching for 61-year-old Philip “Buckie” Barlow.

He’s described as being 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs 165 pounds and has hazel eyes, deputies said. Barlow is from Tunnelton, according to family members.

His Toyota Tundra pick up truck was found with interior Wednesday morning on Shower Bath Road, off of Route 26, according to the sheriff’s department. When the truck was found the cab was on fire and crews were able to put the fire out, according to deputies.

He was last heard from around midnight on Tuesday, according to deputies. Barlow was supposed to report for work at 1 a.m. but never showed, according to the sheriff’s office.
