No one was injured in a vehicle rollover on Interstate 79 in Harrison County Monday morning, according to Harrison County 911 officials.
A vehicle rolled over a hillside off of Interstate 79 southbound near mile marker 106 at approximately 11:32 a.m. Passengers were reportedly stuck inside the vehicle after it flipped but were able to get out unharmed, officials said.
I-79 southbound is reduced to one lane in the area until the vehicle is retrieved, officials said.
The Lost Creek, Nutter Fort, Anmoore, Stonewood and Jane Lew volunteer fire departments responded to the accident, along with Anmoore EMS. The Harrison County Sheriff’s Department will investigate the accident.
