West Virginia’s own Davisson Brothers will be headlining at Davis & Elkins College’s 38th annual Déjà vu Music Festival.

The Davisson Brothers Band recently spent time with D&E’s Appalachian Ensemble to record a music video for their single “Po Boyz.” The student dance and string band will take the stage with the Davisson Brothers, the homage to those who began the festival.

“It’s been going on for quite a while, and we have to pay homage to the past.  So, students and now alumnus that got the event going, and whenever they started it, it was grassroots; it was local acts,” said D&E Student Affairs Vice President Scott Goddard.

Sharing the stage on Saturday, April 28 in the Augusta Dance Pavilion on campus will be the Rusted Root Dou and The Tubs featuring Chris Jamison form “The Voice.”
