Adaland mansion opened for Christmas tours

The halls of the Adaland Mansion were decked with holly for their open tours through the historic house Saturday.

Built in the 1800’s, the mansion houses furniture and items some over a hundred years old.

Guests can tour the mansion, which this year has new Christmas trees and decoration on display.

The mansion is also home to a ‘Santa Land’ gift shop, which has porcelain dolls and toy houses for sale.

“You can tour the mansion and see all of our lovely trees. I believe they’re the best they’ve ever been this year. So, added some new features and things,” said Betty Carr, tour guide

Tours are available every Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 11am-5pm. There will be a New Years Eve Celebration dinner on December 31.
