Brennan Moorehead, 18, and Antwann Tolliver-Jarvis, 19, were stopped by the West Virginia University Police Department near the WVU Creative Arts Center because Moorehead was texting while driving, according to court documents.

When police approached the vehicle, they smelled the strong odor of marijuana. During a search of Moorehead, they found $102 in small denominations and a bag containing four Vyvanse pills, which is used to treat ADHD.

While searching the vehicle, police found five large bags of marijuana and five jars of marijuana totaling approximately 541 grams, according to court documents. A box of plastic bags and a digital scale were also found in the vehicle.

Moorehead and Tolliver-Jarvis are each charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and conspiracy.
