ELKINS, W.Va. – Randolph County Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested a Buckhannon man after they said they found videos of him and an underage girl engaging in sexually explicit conduct on two cell phones.
According to deputies, Trevor Mitchell, 22, of Buckhannon, violated a protective order that the mother of a 17-year-old girl had filed against him.
Deputies then said the mother gave them two cell phones; one that was given to the daughter from Mitchell, and one that the mother had purchased for the daughter. According to deputies, there were five videos of the girl engaged in sexually explicit conduct with Mitchell.
Mitchell has been charged with sexual exploitation of a minor. He is currently in Tygart Valley Regional Jail on a $35,000 bond.
