A Fairmont man was arrested Wednesday after police found drugs in his possession.
Connor Zajac, 25, was stopped by the Fairmont Police Department in the Burger King parking lot on Fairmont Avenue after police recognized him and knew there were outstanding warrants for his arrest.
Police searched Zajac and found two bags of cocaine and two bags of heroin packaged to sell in a cigarette pack, according to court documents. They also found $350 in an assortment of smaller bills in his pocket.
Zajac is charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
