Four Tucker County residents indicted on federal meth charges

A federal grand jury in Clarksburg has indicted four Tucker County residents on a variety of drug charges.

Dustin Moran, 32, was indicted on one count of Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine, two counts of Aiding and Abetting Distribution of Methamphetamine, one count of Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, and one count of Possession of a Firearm in Furtherance of a Drug Offense.

Authorities found a large quantity of meth, marijuana and cash in his vehicle after a car crash in October.

In April, Moran was also arrested after another incident involving meth in Randolph County.

He is currently being held in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail.

John Boyles, 62, was indicted on one count of Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine, one count of Aiding and Abetting Distribution of Methamphetamine, five counts of Distribution of Methamphetamine, one count of Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, and one count of Aiding and Abetting Maintaining Drug-Involved Premises.

Phillip Boyles, 32, was indicted on one count of Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine, one count of Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, and one count of Aiding and Abetting Distribution of Methamphetamine.

Donna Boyles, 51, was indicted on one count of Aiding and Abetting Maintaining Drug-Involved Premises. She and John Boyles are accused of maintaining a home located at 128 Main Street in Parsons, to manufacture, sell or use methamphetamine.

The government is asking for the forfeiture of $30,893 seized from Moran in April 2018 and $598 seized from John and Donna Boyles in March 2018, along with the property at 128 Main Street in Parsons.

Moran and the two Boyles men are accused of selling meth in Randolph and Tucker counties between December 2017 and March 2018, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

All four are residents of Parsons.

The Mountain Region Drug & Violent Crimes Task Force investigated the case.
