A juvenile accused of shooting and killing a man in the Glen Elk area of Clarksburg will be tried as an adult, according to the Harrison County Prosecutor’s Office.
Memphis Murphy will be tried as an adult for allegedly shooting and killing Chase Oliver in February, officials said. An order was filed Wednesday by Harrison County Judge James Matish.
