A Preston County man was arrested Monday when the Preston County Sheriff’s Department found drugs in his home.
On Monday, deputies executed a search warrant at the residence of Joseph Wilhelm, 62, of Kingwood for the purpose of locating stolen firearms. According to deputies, upon entry to the residence the deputies noticed multiple plastic bags containing a large quantity of pills.
Wilhelm admitted to selling the pills and deputies confirmed at least a portion of the pills as Methadone, deputies said.
Wilhelm was charged with possession with intent to deliver.
