A man was arraigned in Marion County Circuit Court Wednesday morning for allegedly sexually abusing a young, female relative.
Brian Gatto, 37, pleaded not guilty to two counts of first-degree sexual assault, four counts of sexual abuse by a parent or guardian, and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
Gatto is accused of inappropriately touching a young, female relative in 2009.
His trial is set for Wednesday, May 9, and he is currently out on bond.
