A man was arrested after allegedly stabbing another man in Morgantown Monday night.
Caleb Luzier, 22, of Morgantown, allegedly stabbed a man on Brockway Avenue at approximately 10:30 p.m., according to the Morgantown Police Department.
Police arrived on scene and found a man with multiple stab wounds, who was receiving first aid from a concerned citizen. The victim was able to provide a description of Luzier to police, and police were able to locate him on Wilson Avenue a few minutes later with the knife believed to have been used in the stabbing.
The victim was transported and admitted to Ruby Memorial Hospital, where he is in stable condition and undergoing treatment for multiple stab wounds, police said.
Police said it is unclear at this time what led to the stabbing and that the case is still pending investigation.
Luzier is charged with malicious wounding and is awaiting arraignment, police said.
