Man Shot in the Mouth in Calhoun County

Ohio considers changing license suspension laws.

A man is being flown to CAMC General Hospital after being shot in the mouth.

According to West Virginia State Police, Scott Butler, of Chloe, was shot in the mouth after a dispute in Chloe.

The man who shot him,Thomas Cain, has been apprehended and charged with attempted murder.

State Police say that Cain shot Butler from a distance of about 75 yards. 

Butler’s injuries are considered non-life threatening, but he is being flown via helicopter to CAMC General for treatment.
