A Marion County man has been arrested after two female minors told police they had sexual encounters with him against their will.
John Goff, 22 of Fairmont was charged in 2017 with second degree sexual assault, first degree sexual abuse for incidents that happened in September 2017, according to court documents.
Goff is accused of entering a female relative’s room while she was sleeping and making sexual contact with the girl.
In a separate incident, Goff is also accused of entering another female relative’s room while she was sleeping and making sexual contact with the girl. Court documents said the girl woke up and moved to another room in the house and fell back asleep. Officers said the girl later woke up to find Goff sexually abusing her.
Fairmont Police said Goff was arrested on Wednesday. He is being held in the North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $125,000.
