A Michigan man was sentenced to 7 years incarceration for distributing heroin in Monongalia County in June 2017, United States Department of Justice announced on Friday.
Danzavious Dolphus, 25, of Harper Woods, Michigan pled guilty to one count of “Distribution of Heroin in March of 2018, the Department of Justice said. The Department of Justice also said Dolphus admitted to selling heroin in June of 2017 in Monongalia County.
According to the Department of Justice, Assistant United States Attorney Zelda E. Wesley prosecuted the case on behalf of the government and the Mon Metro Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force, a HIDTA-funded initiative, investigated.
