Monongalia County Sheriff’s Deputies are looking for a man who robbed a Circle-K in Morgantown.

According to deputies, early Wednesday morning around 1:45 a man wearing a camouflage mask entered the Circle-K on Dorsey Avenue, asked for two packs of cigarettes, put his hand in his pocket as if he had a weapon and told the clerk to open the drawer.

Deputies said the clerk gave the man money in the register and then the man ran out of the store across the road near Solomon’s Mobile Home Park.

Before the robbery, the man helped a woman fix her car in the Circle-K parking lot. The woman described him as having no teeth, a small beard, and wearing camouflage face mask.

According to deputies, there was a second person who helped with the vehicle repairs. The vehicle owner and the store clerk only know him as “Tay”. Detectives said they would like to speak with “Tay”, and he is asked to call the sheriff’s office at (304) 291- 7260.
