An Albright man was arrested after deputies found a methamphetamine laboratory in his truck.
Donald Moats, 39, is accused of having a “one-pot” methamphetamine lab in the bed of his truck, which was found during a traffic stop, according to the Preston County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies found a Gatorade bottle containing “waste sludge” and remains of lithium strips, a lithium battery package, Coleman fuel and lye, which are required to make methamphetamine, according to deputies.
Moats told deputies he did not know the lab was in the back of his truck.
Moats is charged with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory.
