Ritchie County man accused of selling methamphetamine to CI

HARRISVILLE, W.Va. – A Cairo man was arrested on charges of possession with intent to deliver, according to a criminal complaint.

Willie Broce, 33, of Cairo, was arrested after selling methamphetamine multiple times to a “cooperating individual” working with West Virginia State Police in Ritchie County, according to the criminal complaint.

The CI met with Broce on multiple occasions at a location near Broce’s residence, according to the complaint. During the first meeting, Broce sold the CI two bags of methamphetamine; during the second, Broce sold an “eight ball quantity” of methamphetamine, according to the complaint.

Broce is currently being held at North Central Regional Jail on a $100,000 bond.
