A woman was arrested and charged with child neglect in Rivesville Thursday.
According to police, Felicia Cox used drugs when her 10-year-old child and 12-year-old child were asleep. Both children didn’t have access to the drugs. Police also said she voluntarily gave pot, paraphernalia and meth to the police.
Police assisted CPS with the investigation.
Cox will be taken to the North Central Regional Jail and held on a $7,500 bond.
