A Shinnston man has been charged with eight counts of sexual abuse and assault, according to court documents.
Skye Davis, 23, is accused of having sex with a 9-year-old girl, according to the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department.
Davis was allegedly caring for the child at the time of the incident, deputies said. The girl told the Child Advocacy Center that the abuse occurred on four separate occasions, court documents state.
Davis is charged with four counts of sexual abuse by a parent or guardian and four counts of first-degree sexual assault.
