A teenager has been indicted on a murder charge in Harrison County.
Memphis Murphy, 17, has been indicted for the murder of Chase Oliver in the Glen Elk area of Clarksburg. Murphy allegedly shot Oliver in the head in February.
Murphy will be tried as an adult, according to an order filed by Judge James Matish in April.
Seventy other people were also indicted during the September term of grand jury.

– Roger Osborn, of Clarksburg, on one count of second-degree robbery for allegedly robbing the Subway in Clarksburg in April.
– Zachary Taylor, of Clarksburg, for one count of escape after jumping from a moving van in Clarksburg in February while being transported.
– David Williams, of Clarksburg, on two counts of first-degree sexual abuse, two counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in position of trust and one count of use of a minor in filming sexually explicit conduct
– Tyler Graening, of Kingwood, on one count of soliciting a minor via computer
– Brandon Wilson, of East Point, Ky., on one count of soliciting a minor via computer
– Natalia Marshall, of Clarksburg, on one count of child neglect resulting in bodily injury
– Erick Conners, of Clarksburg, on one count of child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury
– Christina Mackey, of Worthington, on one count of child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury
– Stacy Kile, or Mount Clare, on one count of malicious assault
– Recarlos Ward, of Clarksburg, on one count of wanton endangerment involving a firearm, one count of unlawful restraint and one count of possession of firearm by person prohibited from possessing a firearm
– John Martin II, of Lost Creek, on one count of wanton endangerment involving a firearm, one count of breaking and entering and one count of attempt to commit grand larceny
– Andrew Andres, of Salem, on two counts of wanton endangerment involving a firearm
– Kelly Wright (Myers), of Clarksburg, on four counts of delivery of a controlled substance, one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count of maintaining an unlawful dwelling
– Douglas Bonnell, of Spelter, on one count of transportation of a controlled substance into the state, one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy to transport a controlled substance into the state
– Wendy Leverton, of Shinnston, on one count of transportation of a controlled substance into the state, one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy to transport a controlled substance into the state
