The Harrison County grand jury released indictments for the January 2019 term.
Among the people indicted are Johnna Harker, 26, of Fairmont, Paul Jones, 49, of Bridgeport, Skye Davis, 24, of Shinnston, and Bradley Kelley, 60, of Salem.
Harker is charged with gross neglect of a child by a parent creating substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury. Harker is accused of giving a drug to her newborn baby, who was born with a narcotic dependency.
Jones is charged with sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or a person in a position of trust, photographing or filming a minor in sexually explicit conduct by a parent, legal guardian or a person having custody and control of a minor, photographing or filming a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct and possession of material visually depicting a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Jones is accused of taking sexually explicit pictures of a juvenile relative.
Davis is charged with first degree sexual assault, sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or a
person in a position of trust and first degree sexual abuse. Davis is accused of forcing sex on a 9-year-old girl.
Kelley is charged with embezzlement. Kelley is accused of stealing money from his employer and then faking his own death.
