UPDATE (5/4/18 at 4 p.m.):
Monongalia County deputies have obtained warrants for Glenn Weaver, Jr., 25, of Morgantown, and Elizabeth Hartley, 34, of Grafton, for their involvement in Timothy Pahl’s death.
Weaver and Hartley are accused of aiding Elizabeth Chinn, 32, of South Point, Ohio, after the murder of Pahl. Weaver is charged with felony conspiracy, accessory after the fact, daytime burglary and grand larceny, and Hartley is charged with accessory after the fact for their alleged roles in Pahl’s murder.
On April 30, deputies charged Chinn with first-degree murder for Pahl’s death. She is accused of burglarizing his home and fatally shooting him when he confronted her.
Deputies said Weaver returned to Pahl’s home later, along with Chinn, to steal Pahl’s belongings and pickup truck.
Weaver, Hartley and Chinn are currently in the Luzerne County Jail in Pennsylvania awaiting extradition.
UPDATE (4/30/18 12:17 p.m.):
One of the women arrested in connection to a 67-year-old man’s death in Morgantown has been charged with 1st degree murder.
Monongalia County Sheriff’s Office Detectives spoke with witnesses that stated Elizabeth Chinn had confessed to shooting Timothy Pahl while breaking into his home on Old Stewartstown Road, deputies said.
Deputies said that evidence and statements made by Chinn to law enforcement lined up with the witnesses’ statements that Pahl confronted Chinn while she was burglarizing his home and she shot and killed him.
Charges are still pending against Elizabeth Hartley, 25, of Grafton, and Glenn Weaver, 25, of Morgantown, for post offense crimes.
All are still being held at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility in Pennsylvania awaiting extradition.

Four people have been arrested in Pennsylvania in connection to a 67-year-old man’s death in Morgantown.
Elizabeth Chinn, 32, of South Point, Ohio, Elizabeth Hartley, 25, of Grafton, Moriah Weaver, 42, of Fairmont, and Glenn Weaver, 25, of Morgantown, have been arrested and are currently in the Luzerne County jail on various charges, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
The group was found at the Mohegan Sun Casino, where Timothy Pahl’s truck was also found.
A search warrant was executed, and three handguns, methamphetamine and drug equipment, counterfeit currency and devices used to produce counterfeit currency were found in the hotel room the group was located in.

ORIGINAL (4/25/18 at 4:22 p.m.):
Monongalia County deputies responded Tuesday to an unattended death in Morgantown.
Timothy Pahl, 67, was found on Old Stewartstown Road with multiple gunshot wounds to his abdomen, according to deputies.
Deputies said they believe Pahl was shot Sunday afternoon.
While on scene, deputies said that they discovered that Pahl’s white 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 crew cab was missing.
Deputies said law enforcement in Pennsylvania have detained persons of interest.
Deputies will continue to investigate Pahl’s death as a homicide.
