GRAFTON, W.Va. – The arraignment for a Taylor County man arrested on multiple sex charges against a four infant children, including two relatives was held Monday.
Charles Bonner, Jr. has been arraigned on all 18 counts, according to the Taylor County prosecutor’s office. Bonner was accused of engaging in sexual activity with four infant children, including two relatives, between January 2009 and April 2012.
The judge continued his bond, which is held at $1 million. His trial will be held July 22.

The Taylor County grand jury released a list of indictments against 27 people for the April 2019 term.
Included in that list is Charles Bonner Jr., 38. The grand jury indicted Bonner on two counts of incest; two counts of child neglect; four counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian; and 10 counts of first degree sexual assault.
Bonner is accused of engaging in sexual activity with four infant children, including two relatives, between January 2009 and April 2012.
Also indicted are Christopher Hake, 43, and Christina Hake, 40, both of Grafton. Christopher Hake faces three counts of child neglect, while Christina Hake faces two counts of child neglect.
The Hakes are accused of using methamphetamine in their home, where their juvenile son also lives.
