A Webster County man was arrested on sexual abuse charges Friday.
Kirby Ratliff, 38, of Webster Springs, is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl, who was 11 at the time of the incident, according to West Virginia State Police.
The abuse occurred in November and December 2016 at a residence on Elk River Road, police said.
Ratliff admitted to police that he abused the girl, and the girl affirmed that the abuse did occur, as well, police said.
Ratliff is charged with four counts of first-degree sexual abuse and two counts of sexual abuse by a parent or guardian.
