West Virginia might be landlocked, but fresh seafood straight from the coast is now available in our area.
Dock to Table Provision Company is owned and operated by a family in Bridgeport, and started from a passion to bring fresh seafood to tables in north central West Virginia.
The truck travels to Louisiana, the Gulf, and up the east coast to bring back the freshest catches.
The seafood is unprepared, but the owners provide insight on the best ways to prepare it.
“There is always going to be recipes that relate to what we are carrying at the time, and we always have conversations. It is like going to a restaurant, we are going to talk to you about each product, tell you what it is and favor profile, things like that,” said Tommy Scott, owner and operator.
You can find Dock to Table Provision Company Friday, September 7 at the Northpointe Plaza on the Mileground in Morgantown, or Saturday and Sunday on Emily Drive in Clarksburg.
