3 people taken to the hospital after single vehicle accident

LOST CREEK, W.Va. - Multiple crews responded to the scene of a single vehicle accident in Harrison County. 

According to 911 officials, the accident happened around 11:10 P.M. Thursday night on Interstate 79 near the Lost Creek exit.

Two injuries were reported at the scene, but the Harrison County Sheriff's Department confirmed that three people were transported to United Hospital Center. 

Volunteer fire departments from Lost Creek, Stonewood and Jane Lew along with Anmoore and Bridgeport EMS responded to the call. 

The Harrison County Sheriff's Department is investigating.
